Body Mass Index (BMI)
BMI uses a calculation based on your height and weight to estimate how much body fat you have. While people come in all kinds of body shapes, BMI is used as a screening tool to determine if you are at a healthy weight.
BMI Ranges
- Healthy Weight: 19 - 25
- Overweight: 25 - 30
- Obese: Over 30
- Severely Obese: 40 or more
